Terms and conditions

Arild & Tore is a Mid Century furniture gallery based in Nelson, New Zealand. All of our items are vintage, used and often over 50 years old. While some objects are fully restored, almost all our furniture will retain a rich patina and some wear and scratches expected from any furniture of this age. Please feel free to ask for any further images or a condition report hello@arildandtore.co.nz

Payment

Payment must be made for in full and funds cleared before collection.

We are more than happy to show you the item through our gallery by appointment at 6 Nile Street West, Nelson.

Collection & Shipping

All items can be collected from our gallery at 6 Nile Street West, Nelson. Buyers may also make their own shipping arrangements.

If required we will organise shipping on the buyers behalf. Freight will be subject to the terms and conditions of that third party service.

We export wrap and pack up the items for transport. As this is a third party service we are not liable for any damage during freight. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to arrange their own insurance.

Any postage or delivery costs must be paid in full by the buyer prior to posting, delivery or collection.

Returns

All sales are final. Returns can only be accepted if it is found that Arild & Tore has erroneously described an item or incorrectly described the condition of an item.

Any items accepted for return must be returned in the same condition in which they were purchased. Any claims must be communicated in within 7 days of delivery. Any refund for returns shipping are at the discretion of Arild & Tore and by prior agreement.
